Since incorporating in 1986, Bavaria Corporation (Bavaria) has provided meat, poultry and seafood companies with a growing product line spawned by new technology and innovation. William (Willie) Schaeflein, a hard working German immigrant who personified Bavaria's relentless push for progress, founded Bavaria. Willie passed away in June of 1997. His son, Peter Schaeflein, who managed the office for many years, is now President and CEO.
Bavaria has a network of salespeople and representatives across the United States. In addition, the company is growing internationally with sales representatives and distributors in Mexico and South and Central America.
