CARNAL 659 S (Product No. Fn 02-4659) Integrated, instantized phosphate combination of STPP, SHMP and TSPP with a pH of 9.5. For brines, marinades, ham, bacon, pastrami, roast beef and corned beef, poultry and seafood. Because of its high solubility, it provides good color development as well as less purge and better yields.
ABASTOL 780 (Product No. Fn 01-3780) Instantized, non-dusting combination of STPP, SAPP and SHMP with neutral pH (7.3). For marinades and injection of poultry. Because of its low pH, it provides a nice white color with firm texture.
ABASTOL 877 (Product No.Fn 01- 3877)Combination of Tetrasodiumpyro, Sodium-acidpyyrophosphate and Sodium hexametaphosphate. For preblends and emulsions,chopped meats, coarse emulsion products and all beef products, Frankfurters,Bologna and luncheon meats, poultry.
