SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE G (Product No. 77010) This product is a high quality soy protein concentrate characterized by its high water and fat absorption properties. It produces a highly stable fat emulsion when used at a 1:5:5 ratio. (Soy Protein Concentrate G: Fat: water)
SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE MR (Product No. 77015) This Soy Protein Concentrate in powder form binds water five to one. Soy Protein Concentrate MR enhances the texture of highly extended products. Can be used in all emulsions.
