LOG™ is a natural food safety product with antimicrobial agent activity to extend shelf life and add depth of  flavor  to  a  variety  of  products  including  sauces,  dairy  and  non-­‐dairy  based  emulsions,  breadings  and coatings.

LOG™ is based on organosulfur compounds present in the plant family Alliaceae (leeks, onions and garlic). It develops broad-­‐spectrum action to control bacteria, yeast and mold to improve food safety and extend shelf life. In addition, it eliminates or reduces the need for traditional preservatives such as sorbates and benzoates.
